Baby/Toddler American Sign Language - Level 1
Age: 0-15 Months
Join Lora Heller, program founder (Baby Fingers), and learn American Sign Language through songs and play with other parents and babies or toddlers close to your child's age (ages 0-15 months). Go home each week with new vocabulary and new tunes to enhance communication between you and your child! Whether you intend to incorporate sign language in your life for the long term or simply during this pre-verbal/developing verbal time, watch in awe as your baby or toddler discovers the world of language. See the research come to life, as music and sign language both aid in the development of language and literacy.

Busy Bee Toddler Playgroup
Age: 18-28 Months
This is a playgroup for children 18 months - 28 months with a focus on socialization through yoga, music and free-play. Each playgroup is limited to 8 children with parent/caregiver participation. All playgroups include a playful yoga class with a theme to encourage curious minds. Your child will enjoy one of the many playrooms for a story time, discovery play and more. They will enjoy the relaxed and nurturing environment while prepping for preschool.

Seven Sense Explorers with Jennifer Celio
Did you know that we have seven senses? We have all learned about the classic
five senses: sight, touch, hearing, taste and smell. But there are two more,
which form the foundation of all learning - the vestibular sense, the sense of
movement and balance; and the proprioceptive sense, the sense of body awareness
and position. When children participate in multisensory activities, skill
acquisition and generalization is greatly enhanced.
In this preschool group headed by occupational therapist Jennifer Celio,
participants will use all seven senses while doing fun and creative activities
that develop fine motor, visual motor and self-care skills. We will also
incorporate gross motor movement to improve balance and coordination and
increase attention span.

This new program draws on the work and research of Dr. Daniel LeGoff, the developer of LEGO® Therapy. Incorporating his research findings, the LEGO® club addresses many different social skills including social reasoning, social thinking, and cooperative play all while children engage in a highly motivating and fun activity.
Who can enroll? Children between the ages of 3-9 who are on the autism spectrum.
