The Ohmies
The Ohmies is a health and wellness show for preschoolers. It is an interactive musical adventure based on a curriculum focusing on movement/physical activity, emotional development and social development. Kids learn to identify their feelings, make friends, resolve conflicts, get along with their siblings, and to deal with anxiety. There are no seats in the audience, the kids and their guardians are seated on large gym mats and dance, sing, and do yoga along with the characters throughout the course of the show. We’re trying to do for health and wellness programming what Sesame Street did for educational programming. wwww.theohmies.com
